Emporio Armani Case
Background:
Emporio Armani (a brand of the L'Oréal group) has a highly successful portfolio of 8 perfumes for men and women under the He and She range. These perfumes are adapted to different types of consumers and occasions.
In order to promote the right perfume for the right consumers, mainly at duty free locations (airports), Emporio Armani and OSMOOZE® have developed together an interactive display.
The concept:
The display invites the consumer to discover the world of Emporio Armani and asks along the way some questions that the consumer can answer on a touch screen (favorite color, car or clothes for example). During the customer visit all the Emporio Armani perfumes are diffused by the integrated GEL diffusers of OSMOOZE®. At the end of the customer visit one perfume is proposed that corresponds the best with the customers profile.
The result:
This concept provides a complete new way of brand communication increasing awareness and trial.
Similar promotions have been done (amongst others) for brands like Nissan, Lancôme and Nespresso, etc.
